Air Sky Hotel's membership terms and conditions include the following:
Article 1 Application of these Terms and Conditions
1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by the hotel shall be governed by this contract, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and customs._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_
2. The hotel follows these rules for credit card reservations, but the details follow the terms and conditions between the credit card company and the hotel affiliate.
3. The hotel may respond to the special contract within the scope that does not go against the purpose of the terms and conditions, laws or customs without being limited by the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 In case of refusal of accommodation
The hotel may refuse accommodation in the following cases:
1. If the application for accommodation is not in accordance with this contract
2. If the room is not available due to full occupancy
3. When it is recognized that the guest who intends to stay is likely to engage in an act that is in violation of the accommodation laws, public order, or public morals
4. When the guest who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease
5. When requesting unnecessary compensation for accommodation
6. If it is recognized that you are in possession of pets, dangerous substances, explosives, or weapons
7. In case accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility breakdowns, or other unavoidable reasons
8. When it is recognized that accommodation cannot be accommodated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, etc.
Article 3 Specifying name, etc.
1. Name, gender, nationality and occupation of the guest

Article 4 Accommodation registration procedure
On the day of your stay, please register the following items with the hotel at the hotel front desk.
1. Matters of Article 3 Paragraph 1
2. For foreigners, passport number, type of visa, and date of arrival in Korea
3. For Korean nationals, date of birth
4. Departure date
5. Other information deemed necessary by the hotel
Article 5 Check in Time Check out Time
1. Check in Time is 3pm.
2. Check Out Time is 11am.
3. Early check-in will incur an additional fee.
- 08:00 ~ 09:00 : Extra charge per night
- 09:00 ~ 12:00 : 55,000 won additional charge
- 12:00 ~ 15:00 : 33,000 won additional charge
4. If the check-out time is delayed by 3pm, an additional fee of KRW 33,000 will be charged.
If the check-out time is delayed after 5. 15:00, an additional one-night room rate will be charged.
6. On Saturdays and the day before public holidays, KRW 11,000 per hour until 13 pm and one night after 1 pm will be charged. (However, it may be difficult to change or extend depending on the circumstances of the hotel.)
Article 6 Payment of Fees
1. Payment must be made in Korean currency and traveler's checks, coupons or credit cards recognized by the hotel at the front desk of the hotel at the time of departure of the guest or when requested by the hotel. have to pay

2. Even if the guest does not voluntarily stay after the guest has started using the room, the room rate will be charged.
3. All room rates except suite rooms are based on the number of beds in the room, and additional charges may apply for additional guests.

Article 7 Refund and Cancellation Policy
On the day of stay, guests must register the following information at the reception desk of Air Sky Hotel.

Article 8 Responsibility for accommodation
1. The hotel's lodging responsibilities begin when the guest registers for accommodation at the front desk of the hotel or when they are informed to the room, whichever comes first. this room

Article 9 Acquisition and return of the room key card
1. Guests must collect the room key at the front desk upon registration and return the key card to the front cashier with payment upon check-out.
2. If guests lose their room key during their stay, they must report the loss to the front desk without delay.
3. When guests check-out with the room key, they must return it to the hotel promptly by mail or other means without delay.
